This Week

  1. Pick one pending decision and run it through the Decision Protocol. Do not skip steps. Write down the kill condition.
  2. Ask five team members to name one of the Eight Truths. If they cannot, the truths are not yet part of your organization's operating system.
  3. Run one experiment with a falsifiable hypothesis and a defined kill condition. Ship it. Learn from it. Document what you learned.
  4. Map the dependencies for one system change you are considering. If you cannot trace the blast radius, decompose the change.
  5. Convene one ethics red team review for an intelligent system currently in design. Document the findings.
